How do I access my account information?

This is easy:

  • The login fields for the customer portal can be found in the bottom right corner of the website homepage, where you will need to enter both a username and password.
  • Use some or all of the available online services that we have customized for you.
  • Access the customer portal via your mobile device if you have the NetClient CS app installed.

Do I have to notify you separately when I upload something to the portal?

There is no need to worry. The person responsible for your account will receive an email notification each time a new document is added to the portal.
